The Capslock Dressing Room will be participating in the following BioShock plotline:

Phase 0
Andrew Ryan enters CLDR (see http://community.livejournal.com/cpslk_drssngrm/614886.html )

Phase 1
Frank Fontaine ( http://canihazadam.livejournal.com/profile ), with the help of Brigette Tenenbaum ( http://my-little-ones.livejournal.com/profile ) discover ADAM, which allows genetic modifications. Fontaine begins an ADAM business. Ryan uses industrial espionage against it.

Phase 2
Andrew Ryan releases a line of Plasmids and releases free samples to the public. Everyone that takes samples will have to agree to abide by the conditions of the BioShock plotline and can take as many of the initial 5 plasmids as they choose. However anyone that takes over a certain number of plasmids will go insane after phase 5. Everyone who takes plasmids will be recorded.

Phase 3
Frank Fontaine opens Frank Fontaine's Orphanage and Philanthropy Center as part of a scheme to gain minions (and Little Sisters) and take over CLDR. Ryan is apoplectic and gives long, Randian speeches about the evils of soul-leeching.

Phase 4 
Ryan opens the Rapture Restaurant, which offers exquisite meals for phenomenally low prices. 

Phase 5
Rapture Restaurant throws a gala dinner, everyone is invited. Everyone that has accepted free plasmids MUST attend! At the height of the evening, Fontaine will launch an attack against the restaurant. After this phase, everyone that has more than a certain amount of plasmids will be going insane.

Phase 6
The war begins. Splicers go mad and attack everyone. In order to secure plasmids, players and splicers must use ADAM to purchase them from Ryan. ADAM can only be gained from Little Sisters, who are guarded by Big Daddies. Getting a Sister means you secure enough ADAM to purchase one plasmid of your choice. Throughout this phase and the next phase, Ryan will be running a Gene Bank, where you can purchase new Plasmids and you can also swap plasmids for eachother.

Phase 7
This phase operates the same way as the previous phase. However, we have a special guest. Ladies and Gentlemen, welcome to a special evening, an evening with Sander Cohen!

Phase 8
The end of the plotline. Ryan confronts his own conflict between power lust and ideals. Tenebaum deals with her guilt over the Little Sisters. How will the war with Fontaine conclude? We will all know shortly....

SUMMARY OF RULES (TENTATIVE - SUBJECT TO CHANGE)

Splicers
Splicers are any characters that consume more than the "critical" number of Plasmids during the second phase. They are insane, so they aren't in character. Whilst they can secure additional plasmids by capturing Little Sisters, they usually start with enough Plasmids to not need to do such.

Players
Players are those characters who selected less than the "critical" number of Plasmids during the second phase of the game. These characters must capture Little Sisters in order to secure ADAM to purchase additional Plasmids. These characters will not go insane, no matter how many Plasmids they splice into themselves

Plasmid Limits
Both Splicers and Players cannot have more than 5 Plasmids (Plasmid Slot Limitations). However you can trade out Plasmids at Ryan's Gene Bank, swapping your Plasmids for other Plasmids or buying a completely new Plasmid. For example, if you currently have 2 plasmids, you can add one additional Plasmid, keeping your other two, for the price of one Little Sister's ADAM. Or, you can swap one of your old Plasmids out for another one, losing the old Plasmid and gaining the new one. This costs no ADAM.

Big Daddies
In order to get a Little Sister, you must go through a Big Daddy. Defeat the Big Daddy and you will gain the Little Sister's ADAM.

Little Sisters
They carry ADAM. Each Little Sister you capture gives you enough ADAM to buy a whole new Plasmid. They cannot be attacked/damaged since the ADAM they carry renders them essentially indestructible. You have to defeat their Big Daddy if you want to get a Little Sister.
